I need a host from which i can hotlink my mp3 files with option of streaming and downloading.

I am ready to pay but it should not be too costly.
I need disc of about 50-100GB and bandwidth of about 500gb/month

My main users are in south east Asia

There can be a copyright issue over mp3s but i should tell you that these are not of movies or albums. These are those mp3s which never came in market so that we can buy them .

I have tried to contact the copyright owners but they are not responding to my mails and i cannot wait for there approval since they are not interested in it.

Get a Netherlands/Russian VPS check forums for offers and then install nginx since you will serve only static files (mp3s) nginx should be just fine.

if you are not going to host this mp3s to public then you can go with any USA provider
