RAR software. re-rar - rename and more

Hi people!
I have visited this site couple of times.
I have found 2 great programs here but they didnt work.
Multi poster and RPD tool.

Anyways i understand that this is like PC professionals forum i will read more later on too find good tips etc.

But now im looking for a software which can do this.

- We say that i have a directory with a lot of maps in it. The maps ontains .nfo .mp3 etc.
- Is there a software which can RAR files from a directory map by map and create induvidiall .rars for each map?
- Also renaming the RAR files

Another program which would be usefull is this
- Easy multi map renaming.
