I vote yes. Some people have ruined for everyone else. There will be consequences of such.

Those twenty eight people who votes yes usually exploit the system. I guess.

I was one of the ones who voted to leave it as it is and I never spam but I like to click others people links since a lot of them link to real stuff such as stories, there are also people who love to link to their warez-bb threads,etc

If people exploit the system then thats what you mods are there for right?
