    By default vBulletin takes thread name & default site keywords for the meta keywords, while it takes description of the forum where the thread is posted for meta description. What you need to find out is variable of the thread name & forum description for SMF.

    And you'll basically put them in the meta keywords and meta description, that will automatically show the name of the thread and the description of the forum where it was posted.

    I did something by messing with my files and finally made it..

    for other users who wan this feature do this

    Find
    Code: 
    <meta name="description" content="your old meta description ending with"/>
    Replace With
    Code: 
    <meta name="description" content="', $context['page_title'], '" />
    and you will have page titles in your meta descriptions
