Need A List Of Descent Forums ??

Hello

I upload to filesonic and post to warez forums using multi poster 4.

I have added around 90 forums so far but there are problems.

1. Some sites have loads of posts but never any views.
2. Some forums don't work with multi poster 4.
3. When i distribute to forums they always seem to mess up when they didn't before.

So as it says in the title i could do with a list of descent forums and which work with multi poster 4.

I hope someone can help and help would be much appreciated.
