Some times user password incorrect?

Please go to My Station > Control Panel > FTP > Generate new FTP password and try again.

I would like to know if somebody could tell me how much is the daily limit to download as anonymous user with the same IP and different files. I mean Gigabytes.

But Always Login Failure

****Add Host FP to ULS
- ID: Tried : Email + User name
- Pass: the same on FP

For unicode filenames, it neither discarded uploaded directly, or pended it forever.
