Any TLD Domain Company Which allows Alertpay ?

Hi guys i wanna know if there is any TLD Domain Company which allows payment through Alertpay ? i wannna buy and transfer one so if anyone know then do tell me and yeah it has to be safe like namecheap where i can use my Warez site domain to be hosted.

I don't know any registrars but I know my wrzhost accepts alertpay, you will pay a bit more but maybe that's you're only option.

no man i want a co,pany like namecheap ... there main moto is different (and they are tooo expensive)!
