We have support as well we respond most tickets with in 5min`s it will be late when we are offline.

Server is working well why shud we give Refund ? and check TOS their is no Refund policy.

There are also many who have taken the $22 and $41 plans. So the actual figure must be over $400. Are you saying the server costs over $400? Because if it costs around $200 as you are saying, he is making almost $150-$200 profit, double the price of the server itself. You call this fair business?
