and yes hostpirate is offshore as they are in the netherlands

Warez linking is ok for offshore countries like:

Sweden
Netherlands (popular)
Hong Kong
China

if your site is small (like many are) you can save money and start off @ a small U.S based host.

guys i am hosting frm france now and i dont store files now coz no vip section so is it dangerous even to just index warez ?
