I have one hdfc International debit card verified by mastercard still not accepted by PP.

don't know about master card but visa will get accepted

hdfc bank gives visa generally but if you will ask for mastercard then only they provide mastercard

Ya same problem i am having please send mail to paypal about adding debit card. if all request them to add bedit card. They will think about it and they will add it in feature.
