Need a host/server for anime Direct Linking

Ok guys as some of you might know I am working on a new site related to animes - AnimeOut.com

I need a host/server that can allow me to store animes on my server space and allow direct linking to those files to registered members of my site for direct linking and download.

Files wont be available to public but/only to registered members

Also, dont even post replies like "no way" "cant be done" coz I already know more than 10-15 sites doing so

Some example sites are animea , many fansubbed CC that provides downloads from IRC codes , there was a site called majinarena or so I guess (with word majin in name) that did same thing and many more

I want to do samething so any location or host that will allow it ?

Yes it is possible. MA just linked everything. VIP area also had MU links.

I can give you some guidelines if you want.. Runned IRC servers before.. PM me your MSN if you're interested.

You need a VPS or Dedicated server for that. I recommend you Russia.

local I know that but I tried hostkey which said I can do so but their network is poor

I have seen in USA as well to be true Its just that all my links go dead soon whenever I post on WBB but I will do direct linking for registered members only in site only

HostKey's network isn't poor, it's quite good for Russia

Anyway what about the Netherlands?

How much would that server cost?
You could also get a nice seedbox and share the files that way.

@Out not sure for cost myself and also a seedbox wont work for what I need
