It's an interesting question, but its one that people don't think up that much..

When you say you'll do something, do usually do it?
Or do you usually say that you're going to do something, and not really care that you said you were going to. (that sounds kinda confusing lol)

I try to follow through with what I say, but sometimes I either forget or what I said I'd do, was actually unrealistic or I am incapable of doing it at the point in time.

Most of the time I follow through though.

I do pretty much what I say. If I can not do it, it should not be said.
