95% of ppl here cant read properly... or spell...

That is fail. Why go on about people who can't read or spell, when you yourself spell like a person who can't spell?

People in positions that demand proper understanding of English, and yet almost every sentence they write is grammatically flawed.

Oh, and no offence to ANYONE, but also when the Americans spell things in their own way, and when us English spell it our way, "we are not spelling it right". You serious? Have a day off guys, it's ENGLISH, it's called that for a reason. Anyway, I have no problems with Americans, in fact the only nationality I love more (apart from English of course ), is the Canadians, Australians, French, Germans, Brazilians, Spanish etc etc. LOL! No seriously, i love you guys as much as I do anyone, but PLEASE, if we spell something RIGHT, don't try and correct us.
