Scam Report: MyRapidleech.net - Does not provide a refund after server went down.

Sniff you should have acted before only, will they get a dream about a refund to you until you reply ? and i'm hosted with them since 2 months and their service is one of the best one arround. I don't think they have scammed as you can't get a refund after a service is expired

I use rapidleechhost for RL and the speed is great,on MyRapidleech i got around 300 KB speed with filesonic premium!It's better to pay few dollars more than buy some cheap service and expect exellent results.Remember you will get what you paying for if you pay enought

That TOS would be valid if it had an address where is your firm located, otherwise, it's just a bunch of words. If guy requested to be on server located in USA, why in the hell have you created his account on an NL server?

there was no request from him and we install on the 1st available server to us ...

Netherland was the 1st available at that point of time hence that was given ..

as there was no request from sniff to be on USA or NL

on other hand we can move him but there is a charge of 3.5$ from sborg itself and we also informed him about it whatelse do you think we can do ?

The service expired on March 18 / 19 when I requested refund. There was no need to use the cancellation form as MyRapidleech broke the contract when the server went down.

But MyRapidleech.net choose to keep silent, keep the money and continue the service although they knew there were issues.

As I said, as there was no possibility on WHMCS to specify which locality you want and I expected
that I would be contacted before the account being opened.

And more lies, you never proposed to move to the US server. You said the speed on the US server was even worse then the DE server (which is more nonsense, because I am sure the upload speeds to FilSe are better on a US server). You never mentioned the $3.50 and if you did please refer to it.

If you offer options, you should provide a way for your customer to specify his wishes. And if that's not possible, you should ask him before opening accounts.

But knowing the noobs you people are, you don't.

What woke u up exactly after your account got expired?

They're quite a decent service providers, I've used their services with 2 Rapidleech and a sBorg and Vizoomer has been a best support till date..

and yes, when you need something, you should've obviously gone through the procedure, Did you submit the cancellation of their service form?
If you did and still they didn't cancel your service, then yes, its their mistake, but you've not gone through that, and that too, you're asking for a refund much later! after your account is expired, which is no way reasonable...

I don't think even filing a dispute would do you any good, cause paypal doesn't take any adherence for an online service... Give it a try if you still feel the king...

But IMO, you can solve this amicably instead of strangling someone!

Seller has realized that US$5.87 is not worth fighting for and has refunded.

This hasn't changed my views about this seller though.

No you don't understand me i'm not satisfied with 300 KB!That is TO SLOW!I sad that i'm using rapidleechhost and i get super speeds(up to 20 MBps)with myrapidleech i get around 300 KB even with premium and server cpu is 100% always!I sayd that you will get what you pay for if pay enought and that stand.
