Hosting issue! HELP!

i tried multiple logins on one of my VPS's site email addys

as i forgot the login


"stupid"


now i cant get onto any of my sites? also i cannot even access the WHM

the pages dont load and the loading bar gets to half way and timesout

although everyone else can see them fine!

any help?


others can access no problem!

im very newish so explain carefully

Hi,

If you mean login to WHM, if you have the root details to the VPS

you can access it via

http://your-ip-here:2086

username will be root
pass will be your root pass.

They blocked your IP?! Try to give 'em a call, and explain them your situation..

do u have ur Vps management panel...
then try it
or try after changing ur IP..
may b accidently got banned..

if you are talking about the WHM - then the same error happens

It seems my IP has been blocked

how can i unblock i have msg'd support but they take ages!

Use a proxy or VPN to login. Then unblock your IP in WHM.
