    If your database is that large look into changing the search engine otherwise your only choice is to delete posts or move hosting.

    nope,no need to delete anything,simply upload bigdump to your site and upload the sql file and upload it using bigdump
    download:http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.zip

    You need to add sql database details in bigdump.php
    you need to make a NEW database which has nothing,and add the details in it
    i hope it helps ...

    use ssh for import your db
    if you dnt have access use mysqldumper or bigdump
    if this also failed then use mysql splitter for split your db and then import part part

    for optimize
    To optimize a mysql database table via command line you will need to ssh into your server as the root user and enter into the mySQL command line interface by typing "mysql". This will give you the following prompt.

    mysql>

    Once you are at a mySQL command prompt you will need to type the following. The first selects the database you wish to use and the second optimizes the table(s).

    mysql> USE your_database;
    Database changed

    mysql> OPTIMIZE TABLE `table1` , `table2` , `table3` , `table4`;

    You said there was an error, Try using the 'Repair' option in the database, once done, then Optimize the database and your forum should work.

    If needed, I could take a look.
