IPB/vBulletin: premium forum scripts, easily customizable
DLE: premium blog script, good for seo

There are others, but these are the most common, and probably the ones you'll find easier. There will be loads of tutorials, plugins and resources for these scripts compared to others.


You'll need to edit the settings in order to allow anyone to post without registering in all of them.
