The best free ecommerce script is osCommerce and for premium ones there are a lot good ones..

osCommerce is sux man i was make 2 sites whit osCommerce for friends and i never again will use osCommerce now i search good script for my site

If its eCommerce I guess you should go for Magento or osCommerce ( something like that )

From the design, it looks like a Prestashop. Maybe you can try it, and search for template for it.
