That is an advertisment from that site's affiliates, such affiliates can be sharingzone.net and many more around the scene, you will first need to sign-up with their website then start advertising, never used this kind of advertisment so i can't say much about it.

Like i already told you, i'm not quite familiar with this kind of ads, but ill write more couple words.

You will first need to sign-up with the Affiliate's website, in this case it's www.sharingzone.net, then you would get all the details about the code over there.

You would get paid based on how many sales your website will make.
