Warez linking on servers in USA, dangerous ?

I suggest to not use a onshore location such as USA as yes, it is more dangerous. It's dangerous eveywhere just easier to get away with in countries such as Estonia, Netherlands.

I really wouldn't say that it's dangerous if you cooperate, it's pretty much the same everywhere, the only difference is that some Datacenters hate illegal Websites, while others allow 'em.

If you comply nothing will happen. Most people use 'offshore' for peace of mind and nothing else. Unfortunate incidents will always happen, just do everything correctly and lay easy.

Might get a notice from Vbul etc..., again just comply, personally I use phpbb3 so no trouble here.
