So basically I was told a site I'm preparing to launch looks awful.

I'm hiring someone to give a serious facelift to the site, revamp all sections which I point out to and code it too (give me back my HTML/CSS but modified).

It's not a hard/big job, but I need real skill here to get it looking great.
