Its just the regular vbulletin theme, I dont like the banner at the bottom you shouldn't be scamming your members thats pretty cruel, also I find forums that have the administrator's username as "admin" uninviting

I'd ask for the thread to be closed if I were you until you get a proper skin and add some stuff like a logo, favicon, image icons, proper sections, center the DDL buttons and move them to the footer, remove the calendar link, change the forum rules to white like the others etc etc.
Then come back and get a proper review. It look's like you've just installed VB like 10 minutes ago and you won't get worth while feedback.

lol ok I am slowy modifing the forum skin to be unique, sections are there, plan on removing the calendar link, why change the forum rules link, I want it to stand out
