There is not a AUP or TOS on that web site lol how good is it i see pop3 is failing on both servers and one has a rather high load

He has different options and they are pretty cheap. He also offers a .com domain for 5$ if you buy the 8$ hosting! Rating: 5

Not exactly sure what that means but i do know he's been working on changing things and messing with his site.
