need help in Apache configuration.

Hello,
i need to configure these value to allow my forum to use more memory:

StartServers 1
MinSpareServers 3
MaxSpareServers 6
ServerLimit 24
MaxClients 24
MaxRequestsPerChild 3000

my current ram about 1 GB.

can anyone help me to change these values for better performance according to my ram?
