It's the total size of all data loaded from your website. You have 800 MB of transfer left. (your visitors can load up to 800MB more data from your website, total)
Upgrade your hosting plan.

Understanding Web Site Bandwidth
Most hosting companies offer a variety of bandwidth options in their plans. So exactly what is bandwidth as it relates to web hosting? Put simply, bandwidth is the amount of traffic that is allowed to occur between your web site and the rest of the internet. The amount of bandwidth a hosting company can provide is determined by their network connections, both internal to their data center and external to the public internet.

If your site was a 1 megabyte picture and 1,000 members visited your site you would have just used 1,000 megabytes.
If you have 2 1 megabytes and 1,000 members visited your site you would have just used 2,000 megabytes.
Most simple way I could put it
So kiss me and smile for me, say that you'll wait for me <'3

Ask Buzzhost. Otherwise you'll have to move to a different host, if you're maxing out plans that easily maybe go for a VPS.
