Recommend me a shared host

Please recommend me a shared host.
im looking to pay no more then $6-7 a month
preferable offshore and must have been hosting for at least 1 year
(sorry but you new hosts tend to have a fair few issues)
looking for germany or netherlands but will consider others.

dont have many requirements, must be able to host atleast 2 domains, and have good bandwidth, NEEDS GOOD UPTIME.
im tired of stupid servers going down constantly.
ddos protection is a bonus so if other people on the server fuck up it doesn't effect me as much.

My website contains no 'illegal' content, no warez linking etc, i could use onshore and avoid alot of these issues but for some reason i would prefer to use offshore.

anyways i look forward to recomendations

If your website do not contain any ilegal content and no warez links why you looking for offshore hosts when there is a plenty of professional hosting companies like bluehost and hostgator? With offshore hosts you will have many problems,like often downtime and similar.With onshore hosts like bluehost,hostgator,site5 and others you will not have these problems believe me i'm using those hosts.

With offshore hosts you will get only problems and troubles.

With others you can go to sleep normal without any wories.

Well my website is pretty much content which the law would call vandalism, and im not to sure how a US host would tollerate it.
