uGTeam Light Skin finished pls [Review]

Well after some long hours and lots of work and changes uGTeam Light colored skin is now finished.

I would like to thank all those people who have worked to help me finish the skin and a special mention to Nitish for he's Excellent work with the Graphics for my skin so thank you Nitish top job.

Please take at look at the new skin and tell me what you think, any suggestions is welcome including criticisms.
