Recently I buy RDP from some guys. They have a good speed, but now download speed is 0 KB/s. With every filehost i have a problem.

Have you tried opening a support ticket with them asking what the issue is? I think that would be your best bet right now.

I bet you that the server you are is a Softlayer server. The host has either made you aware that they are either (SL) blocking the server or they are being attacked. If you need to know if it from Softlayer. Go on browser and go to www.ipchicken.com to check.

In this case the RDP provider can't do nothing, this is becoming a known thing with SL now.
