Combine images using CSS sprites

I want a professional who can combine images using CSS Sprites and also create css files for it
my website is www.download123.in and I want to create the CSS Sprites and also help me in implementing me in my website

Yes, thats a good tool. But it won't sprite the images that aren't on the page, for example hover images. But it is basically good You can carry on with that.
