Sir, both you and your company official suck balls in my opinion.
In the past I used a server to download from other filehosts/torrents to make sure I don't leave too much traces. I prefer people don't have stats/information about me.

If a user pays for a premium account he/she should at least be able to use it the way they want.

"Also server leeching" rofl, people actually pay to DOWNLOAD stuff from your server, why else would they pay? I highly doubt it's to just randomly browse through the TOS, Terms of service or other pages.
