As many of Us see there are so many new Filehost Sties come every single day and and all have very new rules.

So i asked myself some Q and need all here to share answers to make it clear for new people like I am.

1- How filehost site make money?
2- Why they pay people to upload to their sites?
3- Why so many new Sites come these days?
4- how can we trust a filehost site when all are so near in options.
5- it is better to make filehost sites and use yourself or better work with others sites.

and many other Q i think many people here think about it too so let's talk more about it to work better

They all make money, else they wouldn't exist. The file sharing scene has changed forever. It now involves people making profits off it directly. I don't see file hosts disappearing any time soon. For the simple fact that they make money...

However, I do have a feeling that one of these days PayPal is gonna find themselves in a lawsuit and simply kick all file hosts. That would severely hurt their revenue. I am pretty sure a lot of people are waiting for this day too.

Who knows, maybe that would bring the uprising of another payment system, like AlertPay to the masses.

2- Why they pay people to upload to their sites? So that more people upload for them,hence more premium sold and more money for them.Basically an incentive to uploaders to upload for them
3- Why so many new Sites come these days?Maybe because they think they can make lots of money quickly and/or become the next rapidshare,hotfile
4- how can we trust a filehost site when all are so near in options.: go for the more established ones,google out,ask fellow uploaders
5- it is better to make filehost sites and use yourself or better work with others sites. You need lots of money to start a filehost site+legal team blah blah blah, so better to go with established ones

That’s not strictly true, per say, the big hosts will of course make a decent profit, however the new hosts probably don’t, what i mean is, if you paying uploaders whatever amount, and paying bandwidth and server fees, yet don’t have enough premium subscribers/ads you are bound to lose money, which is possibly why some of the new hosts turn into scam hosts (e.g. the admin doesn’t want to lose money so decides not to pay whatever ridiculous amount he offered), on the other hand the admin may just be an out and out scammer.....

I agree with you on the other points however, and to be completely honest i think it would be good if PayPal did find themselves in a lawsuit, at the moment they are a monopoly and when dealing with issues they do what they like not what they are supposed to do (e.g. in the cases of Bank fraud).

You don’t and that’s the problem, too many new file hosts start with either a cheap dedicated server or not even a dedicated server and certainly don’t have a legal team or enough capital to create a stable and long standing file host, which is why it would be better for everyone if uploaders stayed with the established hosts (e.g. rapidshare, megaupload etc) who actually have the funds instead of jumping on the bandwagon to every new file host who offers more money to upload to them.

There is only one file host as far as I'm concerned and that is rapidshare. They survived so many lawsuits and are still doing great.

so for now i think that HF make money by users who buy premium acc as they do not have any ADs on the site when some new filehost site use ADs on the download pages
then till now we can see that HF is strong one

Basically, they're giving a little bit of money to uploaders, and those uploaders advertise their site everywhere they can, they spam big forums, they beg for invitations on private torrent trackers, etc. So they could have the "0day" content.

Uploaders are responsible for the success of the file hosts, if new file hosts weren't paying no one would use them. Their only plan for success is sharing a little bit of the revenue with uploaders.

Better do not trust file hosts, they're here for the profit, and there are a lot of cases where these new file hosts delete account of an uploader just for the lulz. And obviously, they won't miss that one uploader at all, as they got bunch of new uploaders who will advertise their site everywhere...

Rapidshare was the king,it was earning huge ammount of $ though premium and only giving rapidpoints for reward.Thats its success.
