Wordpress help!

I am new to wordpress blog. I want some source on how to modify a wordpress template and i also need some free warez template for wordpress blog. I searched a lot but didn't find any good tutorials or sites. Please help!

I must also say that the themes available in wordpress.org are the best ones than others available in other sites You can get themes from the below link.

Now coming to editing the themes. To edit the themes basic knowledge of php/css/html is required. I wouldn't say it is compulsory but if you are able to understand the code then you will be able to edit it easily.

To edit a theme go to Appearance -> Editor and select the proper .php file which you want to edit. All of the site files are listed to the right side and all these options are available at http://your-domain.com/wp-admin

Find a 'Free Theme' and modify to your liking. (Comply with keeping the original owners rights.)
