High Traffic Shared Hosting Required

Here is what I need:

• At Least 10 GB Storage
• Unmetered Bandwidth
• At Least 5 MySQL Databases
• At Least 5 Addon Domains
• Unlimited FTP Accounts
• Unlimited Email Accounts
• Unlimited Sub Domains
• cPanel & Fantastico is preferred, but LxAdmin and DirectAdmin are fine.
• Complaints about my account be forwarded to me rather than taking matters into your own hands.
• Each website will have between 200-300 people browsing at a time, so the hosting must be able to handle large loads.
• DDoS Protection may be required.
• Ability to host low-cpu consuming PHP proxy (custom coded to cap usage etc so it doesn't overload the server)
• If I do consume too much CPU, I would like several warnings so I can try and solve the problem and prevent it from happening.

My budget is: $8.00

hey for non warez hosting you can get that price at host gator or something

to be honest you will probably find only a crap host wich is overselling... and when they will see that you're using too much bandwith they will kick you for a lame reason.

That's why I didn't go with mainstream hosts... I was hoping maybe someone had a dedicated server or something where they only host themselves and could maybe spare the extra resources...

Hostgator terminates you for high resources, along with the other exactly 129 hosts I contacted yesterday for whether or not they could host my sites.

I did get one offer in here via PM, but I'm still waiting for more info.

i can offer some but not unlimited , upto traffic my server can hold easily i am having litespeed powered quad core i7 with 12gb ram what is your actual bandwidth requirement ?
