Stop Begging in KWWHunction!

Hi Guys,

i personally am getting annoyed with all the beggars in KWWH
who everyday are in shoutbox and are like "can anyone gimme .50"
or who keep asking for free hosting ect...

I want your opinion if you think there should be a New Rule
which stop these users begging in KWWH?

I'm not talking about that kind of begging

I mean the type where someone will ask "can someone give me $1"
or along the lines and then the whole chatbox goes quite because everyone
knows if they say anything that person will ask them directly its very
annoying a kind of shows what people we have here in KWWH.
