With poor English...i doubt..how can u lift the limitation....i will suggest you to call up Paypal...explain them what u have done and it got limited....and lift the limit

btw you can't lift limitations if you call paypal no never i tried it but they says that they are transferring your account to the technical department that's it

and it is so expensive too to call US from asian country
btw i am from india

anyways use a vcc or vba to lift limits

u can lift limitation by calling them bro i did when my a/c got limited

and ya call is expensive hehe
