It's probably an image. They have had to ban some image hosts I think like Warez-BB. If you just keep removing parts of the post till it accepts it you'll find the part that's not allowed. It doesn't just have to be a link. (I coded that mod so know how it works)

yes it was the image hoster that was making the problems like you replied to me - but I use imageshack which is widely used
and is a good image hoster - no ads no earning throught it and especially no adult ads - so if you consider to remove ban from imageshack

what if you enable post approval by Moderator for movies forum?

I am also struggling with the same issue, where they post invalid codec movie, usually size of 700MB, but if you download and rar, it will be merely 5MB, these rar files only contain some random text to achieve 700MB size (in a affected movie file).

What i have done?
1. Restricted Submission from normal members.
2. If you want to submit anything, you need to apply by Contact us system.
3. Moderator scan newly upgraded uploads,

Good Solution:-
The possible good solution is to create an automate script which download the rar files automatically, extract and re-rar and if size of files differ in more than 30%, then definitely it is virus!

Hi Myth? do you think SMS Verification worth like Google/Facebook to fight these spammers? I am thinking to create a Patch for vBulletin in my free time to verify their mobile number and monitor their country from IP and Mobile.

Some day we need a service to have Global Resporitory for all warez forum, where one forum detect spammer ip to list to main sites, so all child sites come to know who is spamming like Akismet" do.
