    Tried bANbUSTER yet? It can change MD5 of rar files only.

    You could just add a singly byte to the file and md5 would be changed.
    Or rar the file

    Like i said in the other thread that asked this, add byte(s) to the end of the file, empty ones.

    Many, many tools exist for this, soft2050 was right.

    extract all files
    put any file like .txt or anything "should be new"
    re-rar the file "Add to archive"

    thats it MD5 Is changed
