hotfile is from russia
filesonic is from germany
Duckload is from germany

There is no real information where is HotFile located, as some people say that they're from Romania (I've seen on some payment screenshot that address of the sender is from Romania), but their office is located in the USA.

Oron is from Germany, even though its owner is from Russia. Other smaller file hosts are either owned by the leading file hosts, or they don't plan on revealing their real location.

Also, this information is probably partially true, on their revealed location you'd probably find 2-3 persons max, working on something completely different.

Aren't their most servers located in USA? Since servers are cheap there and good network.

Hotfile's company is registered in Panama, though there is no Proper Physical Infrastructure. The Owner is a Russian , staying in Florida .
