why some webmasters allow these Crazy spammer to post 100 ~ 200 topic per day ?!

hello

if you're webmaster you should pay for server cost, if you've forum and you may pay more money if you've huge database with useless contents ...

so my question is why some webmasters allow spammers and cashwhores spammers?

as far as i know nowadays 99% of these spammer form vietnamese and
they've automate leech script that they able to leech over 100~150 topic from release blog and repost them automatically to thousand forums and boards ...


ok , why i said they're from vietnamese?


1- usually they post over 100~150 topic per day . (very important)

2- they dump links and leech files and hijack contents/posts from release blog automatically and remote upload them to cash file hosting such as filesonic and fileserve and ... and repost it automatically to thousand forums.

3- most of these spammers have duplicate account / multi account.

4- they fill database with crap content and annoying other members .
no one could be able to share usefull post to forums manually ...because
every day all topics will fall down to page 50 after a few hours !!!

i checked their ip's and i realesed that 99% of these CRAZY SPAMMER came from vietnames.

i thought only these spammers from this county could post over 100 ~ 150 topic per day ...

by the way , here just example:

for example this guy link4you and letgoxxx are duplicate account , and this is a multi account.. , how i catch it ?

well, if you search name of 1 link in google or google it for part of link then you will find out that same post made by letgoxxx has been posted by link4you in another forums and boards !!!!

it's that reason when i said these bastard have multiple account ,

you can see this bastard spammer can post 300 post per day with 2 account ! and fill up forum database!

HOW TO REMOVE THESE SPAMMER ?

• banning them and removing their post .
• banning ip range of this country via .htaccess .

blocking range of ips => h~~p://www.countryipblocks.net/country-blocks/select-formats/


note: i'm not against any country , i would like to share my opinion about these spammers and their locations.
