[Interest Check] Hosting template - Anyone Interested?

I have a hosting template ready and might sell it if I get at least 2 buyers for it.

Features will be:
Will be available in 4 color combinations. (Tentatively).
Centered layout or stretched.
960px width (Can be easily changed to whatever you prefer).
Commented, clean and crisp coding.
Layered PSDs.
Integrated jQuery Nivo Slider and jQuery Tipsy (tooltip).
Dropdown navigation.
Comes with 9 HTML pages.

Pricing will be 20$ for coded + 12$ for fully layered PSD.

So let me know if anyone is looking for one. If I get 5 buyers, price goes down to 18$ for coded and 8$ for PSD. Cheers.
