Very soon, my friend is going to start his own hosting company including the domain business as well. He has searched a lot of web hosting companies, but still he is confused to choose the better one.

The company will be very small, but will have his own website to list the plans that he will create. He will require PHP as well as ASP support with all databases. so, even if a client requires a windows based hosting he will be able to offer it. Please suggest him a better hosting plan.
