Well, I was searching for some code and found this site and thought to share it people. Now a days people are more inclined towards blogs and this site would help you design your own skin with drag and drop support Not the pro but simple, quick and easier I guess?

Lubith is a web app that allows you to create a new WordPress theme inside your browser. It has an intuitive interface with drag and drop support.

But one more thing I noticed is it currently supports only Chrome and FF.

Yes its kinda good site for people who don't want to invest into designs and get their things done by themselves

lol, I would wonder if someone will sell by making something there. It is just to change some small things quickly for our needs
