These people are not resellers, they are colocating their own equipment with us as we're cheaper than Leaseweb and can give more IPs.

We have nothing to do with them except making sure their servers have power and bandwidth.

They have their setup different from ours, and also have their own direct leaseweb contact to resolve issues/upgrades.
