Basically I'll put it like this:

I have yet to have an experience as good as I have had with them.. they are VERY professional, quick to respond, and are very knowledgeable people. Their servers are fast, the network is always up and going, and they warn you in advance to any planned downtime.

I ordered their Dedicated Special #1 on this thread:

But later on realized I need much more cpu power and they gladly upgraded me to Special #2 within a few hours. Jelle (their rep) was really awesome and added a few perks for me They also have good network speeds to the US and Europe, comparable to leaseweb

All in all, I'm very satisfied with their service
