There is another software named mediacoder you can use it or if you want me to enable megui then pm me your username n password of your rdp and I'll do.

I have just bought an RDP 24 hours ago and packages are really awesome. Speed to all file hosts is 12 MB/s. CPU load very very well maintained that even a newbie can say its not oversold. RAR/UnRAR speeds are also very fats. Moreover it provides tools for encoding from his side.

Overall A++ service. Really very satisfied.
