Please be aware i never tried their hosting before so i can't give any reviews about them, but i did a general search on KWWH and found they have what you want. They have a 7 day free trial, include Cpanel with Softculous & installers. Iam tempted to try them myself.

Mxzon's server was up today, but they blocked my IP. I stick with them for now. I only hope they install auto installer for WP and PHPbb.

You could try buzzhost.net, it doesn't match the HDD and there is no auto installer for WP or phpbb. You probably are better off with a VPS mate.
