And yes we can restore your submissions that is not a big issue but till last backup, means 5-7 days back.

5 hours down and many reports, strange because we only getting <50 visitors daily, i don't think so that every user reported about down site. Ok restore but i think this is bad management example.

No need to blaim the management. If some one reported your site then only we took the action, otherwise how do we know your site down ?

We will process the backup on next queue clearance.

I don't want to teach you but you should wait maybe 12 hours or 24 from first report and then check site. Didn't have such issues with twilight and phaze.

one question, I have submitted 32 downloads but they all remain in queue for a two days. When I edit them and send to XXX., nothing happens. My site is a-matures.com. Can You please check what is going on...

Dear Admin,

Your site is not in our whitelist since we developed the whitelist system. You need to apply for whitelist your site to do submissions..
If m not wrong, you are getting the same error while submitting contents.

Total contents restored - 256 Submissions till 6th Sept.

Now you can start posting new contents.

And try to put a msg like (We will be back in X hours) or something so that visitor will know that for how long site down.
