Godaddy Europian Datacenter?

I don't know if all of you know that godaddy is now offering webhosting in Europe. I was tracking some NL webhosting, and found one hosted by godaddy. so I had alittle chat with one of their representatives.
and that was the conversation.

I would not host this with godaddy, no matter what he says, as a USA webhost they have to ensure there clients comply with Dmca, so it is still judged on US law, also Godaddy are known for confiscating and terminitaning names which link to content when they get complaints.

Go with a non-usa company would be your best bet.
