Rapidshare bugging out?

ok, so yesterday, i was trying to create a rapidshare account with 19k points. it would spit out the rapidshare login, but when i try to log into it, it would say acount not found, and the points would stay the same.

i go into my account today, and see that now i have

RapidPoints:-10399
