    Only 10 min of cardio? Personally i'm jogging/running for hours. But that is probably only because i'm eating so much food. I'm going to participate in a marathon (42km) in a few weeks. I'm excited.

When I was 13-14 i was very fat i had fat under my chin a lot. My weight was 150-180 not sure when i was 13 as you guessed a cubby fat kid. after a while i went somewhere and i lost 40 pounds in 6 months people were calling me fat so i decided to come back to my house and gain my weight to 170 in just couple of months it was school holiday that time.     It varies from person to person. Goal. Conditioning.

    I don't listen to my father all the time but he owns the house and i don't want
    to **** up anything.
